The rear fencing has new panels and the rear yard is secured. The interior of the property is being cleaned and has started to work on the structure on the needed correction. 10/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property for pictures to start the citation. While checking the property, found someone in the side of the house sleeping on the matteress. The rear door was wide opened. Did back off the site and called T.P.D. Did have to wait for awhile due to the amount of volumes of calles. They did arrived and the person on the matteresses was arrested and released. The house was cleared and Arcaiden Industries was called to the property to have the house secured. The area where the matteresses were, had the matteresses removed and piled with the other trash and debris in the middle of the property. The rear door was secured and the door to the storage room was secured. The posting of Do Not Enter are still in place and the N.O.V. to Vacate was still in place. Took pictures to do the citation. RV.
10/01/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to check due to has been checked by T.P.D. several times with finding people on the property and were removed. Did move some blankets that were covering a gate on the side of the property. Had mattresses and those were knocked to the ground to not block the view into the property from the street. The neighbors have found people in the corner of the property at the rear area. At this time the property is secured and vacant. All the bikes have been removed from the rear yard. RV.
09/26/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went back to the site and the people have all been removed from the property and the charged officer was on site and leaving. Was able to call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured with plywood through out. The electrical was removed at the pole and had extension cords through out the property inside the house and the exterior of the house. The posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. was posted on the front window. S.W.G. was coming tomorrow to have the meter removed from the property. Removed 34 shopping carts from the property and placed them at the corner of the property and will be picked up tomorrow in the morning by the Brush and Bulky crew. RV.
