Arrived and the SWAT unit has just completed the operation of removing the people from the house. Approx. 19 people were removed and were being interviewed. Detectives were called to the site and was able to look at the property but was not able to take action at this time due to the investigation has been done. Was going to leave the site and come back when called or in 2 hours. Did find out that the owner has died and has no other name on the legal of ownership. One of the people arrested was a relative of the dead owner and was suppose to be willed the property. RV. |
| 10/08/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | VIDAL | Approved | Went to the property for pictures to start the citation. While checking the property, found someone in the side of the house sleeping on the matteress. The rear door was wide opened. Did back off the site and called T.P.D. Did have to wait for awhile due to the amount of volumes of calles. They did arrived and the person on the matteresses was arrested and released. The house was cleared and Arcaiden Industries was called to the property to have the house secured. The area where the matteresses were, had the matteresses removed and piled with the other trash and debris in the middle of the property. The rear door was secured and the door to the storage room was secured. The posting of Do Not Enter are still in place and the N.O.V. to Vacate was still in place. Took pictures to do the citation.
