05/09/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE AT PROPERTY. DAUGHTER AND ABOUT 10 PEOPLE ON PROPERTY AND INSIDE OF STRUCTURES. CALLED OWNER AND HIS EMPLOYEE CAME TO PROPERTY AND SECURED ALL STRUCTURES. ALL PEOPLE ON PROERTY WERE TOLD NOT TO RETURN TO THE PROPERTY.

05/07/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and secured. Did hear dogs in the interior of the house and appears that someone is in the house. Was not able to get to the door due to the dogs were barking. Was working on removing people from next door than came back and found someone in the house who was the daughter of the listed owner. She was asked to get what she needs and that the security door will be pinned. All the other openings are secured and the posting of Do Not Enter are still on the property. Did give her time due to had to secure next door first and than came back to have the door pinned. While on site a Constable came to the site and did a 5-day Notice to Vacate from a new owner. Gave a card to the Constable to have the new owner call. Assisted by inspector Ron Green. RV.
