The pastor called and wanted to meet on site. Did go to the site and all the people have been removed from the property. The bunk beds have been removed. Did go over that the flooring is an issue due to the amount of bare spots and layers of the floor coverings. Has issues with the cabinets, some shelving blocking of the windows and other issues. The pastor did state that it would cost to much to get the property in compliance due to will be requiring a sprinkler system on all the 3-houses. They choose to vacate the houses rather than come into compliance for the shelter care facility. Due to the units are vacant and secured, will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Met with Steve Sheilds from zoning and went over the issues on the property of the R-2 Zone property. Steve has talk to the pastor and was trying to check on having the property re-zoned. Will do the N.O.V. and than do the inspection if they are going to remain on the property. RV. |
