Have been getting calls for the contractors to check the amount of damage to give bids to make the repairs or the demo of the building. The owner has not been into the building and the contractor have check on entering the building with the owner. All the contractors have been advised that the owner was not allowed into the building unless with a contractor or someone that has knowledge of the building contraction back ground. The back wall has cracks and has loose areas where able to fall due to not stable at this time. At this time the case will be closed due the owner will be working with the insurance claim. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
04/04/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Had to resecure the temp fencing due to has been cut loose. All other areas are secured at this time. RV.
