THERE IS A CONSTRUCTED WATER COURSE THAT SHOULD COLLECT WATER FROM THESE PROPERTIES SOUTH OF MIRACLE MILE AND NORTH OF GLEN. THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ISSUES AND COMPLAINTS FROM SURROUNDING BUSINESSES BUT THESE HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED PARKS AND BUSINESS FOR YEARS AND PLANS AND PERMITS FOR THE BUSINESSES HAVE BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE CITY OF TUCSON. STORM WATER AND PLANNING MUST ADDRESS THESE ISSUES. THIS IS NOT A CODE ENFORCEMENT TYPE OF PROBLEM.
THE STREETS WITH IN THE PARK ARE ALL PAVED, OLDER BUT DO NOT BRING UP ANY HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS AND THEREFORE WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED BY CODE ENFORCEMENT. RESURFACING WILL NOT HELP WITH DRAINAGE ISSUES.
MY INSPECTION FOUND THAT MANY OF THE TRAILERS INSIDE THIS PARK WHILE CLEAN AROUND THE TRAILER HAVE STORAGE ON THE FRONT PORCH AREA OF THE TRAILERS DUE TO A SHORTAGE OF STORAGE. TRAILER 17 IS CLEAN THRU OUT THE FRONT YARD BUT STORES PERSONAL ITEMS ON THE FRONT PORCH, TOOLS AND LADDERS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE TRAILER. IT WASN'T JUNK. SAME AS THE TRAILER NORTH #16. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
