Add shot pins to interior walls 6" from edges and every 24" o.c. Pex lines have to be 12" from any can lights. Seal all exterior and top penetrations. Missing smoke detector in hallway. Flex duct have to be replace due to weather damage. Secure ABS pipes mid way throughout. Add Boca plates to both top and bottom plates at lines that are less than an 1 1/4". Secure pex lines ' vertically and 32" horizontally. Provide 18" off copper before transition to pex at main water line and water heater. Electrical panel is not grounded. 5/27/26: per previous notes, pex A using pex B fittings, damaged NM cable at master bedroom. |
