WITHOUT OPENING WALLS THERE IS NO WAY TO VERIFY FRAMING, HOWEVER THE FACT THAT THE STRUCTURE HAS STOOD FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITHOUT ANY SIGN OF CRACKING OR SETTLING INDICATED THAT STRUCTURE IS SUBSTANTIAL. |
