-Relocated interior FDC sign to exterior gate. Remove arrow from sign. Shall be mounted on the gate.
-Add FACP sign to interior door.
-Install knox FDC plugs. Flush was witnessed. Female swivel threads are damaged. Unable to install. Openings were covered with duck tape to prevent debris from entering.
-Taped head in closet next to riser room.
12/06/2019 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval APPROVED TO OBTAIN TCO FOR FULL OCCUPANCY.

-mount extinguishers.
-order/mount knox box next to FDC gate. provide master keys and keys to gates.
-need sprinkler monitoring.
-remove exit sign, N. exit, warehouse.
-add "not a door" or remove door hardware from NW door, warehouse, that is not a door.
-mount address numbers on bldg.
-need to research exit door, swing, etc... on main S. exit, half door.
-FDC sign on gate.
-Order knox FDC plugs for connections.
-Move FDC gate located on N. side of connections to provide space for connecting hose lines.
-flush FDC, tfd to witness. knox plugs must be on site.
