mechanical system is not per drawing, plans call for a 3.5 ton split unit on roof with heat pump. That is not what is installed, either revise drawings or build per drawing. Also a new system requires a service receptacle on roof. If current system is approved need to see specifications on the correct amount of return air as it does not appear to be sufficient, also unit is over fused and we’ll need to see where condensate terminates. |
