No Final and No Certificate of Occupancy until the City of Tucson reviews and approves the location of the private sewer connection for 1105 S 7th Avenue.The private sewer line is crossing the adjacent lot at 1102 S Russell.(same owner). Robert Klepinger is working on drawing revisions and a Private Sewer Joint Use Maintenance Agreement. He wants to get his building permit and start construction as soon as possible.He would like to share the existing 4 HCS recently installed for 1102 S Russell Avenue.The Site Utility Sewer Drawings and the Private Sewer Joint Use Maintenance Agreement need to be reviewed and approved by the City of Tucson, prior to recording and prior to the release of the Final and the Certificate of Occupancy. |
