Blocking on the roof has rotted away and units are not secure on the roof. Please provide either pressure-treated or redwood blocking. Exposed wiring on roof needs to be addressed. Secure line sets. Terminate condensate piping properly. Only inspected outside. It was recommended to homeowner to hire a licensed mechanical contractor for these repairs.
