Entered by CBELL1 - New electric panels installed without permit. A sub panel in a bedroom closet can not be replaced and remain in a closet. The new main panel appears to close to the gas meter. Contact southwest gas for approval. Obtain permit for electric and new interior plumbing lines. |

Have licensed electrician correct all deficiencies at the main panels and any electrical hazards found inside the house before re-calling. |
