Entered by DMERANZ1 - roof overhang is not per drawing and is 3 feet on south side of house which is now making it only 4 feet to the property line. 2 feet is maximum unless designed that way, also anything within 5 feet of property line will need a fire rating. There are still issues with the homemade trusses not being per drawing. Please revise drawings or build per drawing. Add anchors into bottom plate on south wall. Nails were added in the sheathing, however drywall screws are still in the sheathing. Either seal the screwheads so they will not rust through the stucco later or remove them leaving the correct amount of nailing per drawing. OK to cover roof with the exception that the overhang on southside will need to be addressed. |
