Easement is nearly 32' back from property line on Cushing. Sign is 28' setback from face of street curb of Cushing to leading edge of structure. Awaiting response. Called contractor, Palo Verde Signs, with advisement of situation. If easement agreement allows use, sign permit ready to be released. |

Newcomb (Structural) 1) Separate calcs and drawing into two sheets - data cannot be read nor scanned sufficiently with the amount of information on one sheet. Seal both calcs and engineered drawing. 2) Specify if welding is shop or field. (Field welding requires special inspection.) IBC 2012 3) Specify which bolts are going to be used and the calculations provided to support their use - anchor or high strength. (Note - high-strength bolts require special inspection.) IBC 2012 4) Acknowledged access point signs are being revised and submitted for separate review, and removed from this set of drawings/permit package. 5) Acknowledged dimensioned street frontages now shown on site plan. Acknowledged both monument signs will be out of sight visibility triangles due to their proposed setbacks at 28 and 39 feet from faces of each street curb, respectively. Acknowledged one monument per street front. Acknowledged raised lettering off structure surface in revision. 6) Provide revised application to match sign area on revised drawing set.
