Talk to the property manager and the owner is aware of the fire and has the insurance already on site and has a contractor ready to make the needed repairs as soon as they get the OK to start the work. The property is vacant and secured. The tenants are staying with family at this time. At this time the case will be closed due to working with the insurance and did go over the permits required with the property manager. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
