Arrived on site and met with tenets of the property who was in control of the property and ask me into check her roof. States two areas of concern one in the master bedroom and one in the far rear bedroom. While no evidence of damage to sheetrock or Texture in the large bedroom in back and master bedroom the tenant did have video of both rooms and could see there was leaking in both will move to notice of violation. Four-bedroom also did not have operating smoke detectors notice of violation. Then showed me to the master bedroom where the sink is clogged and drains very slow will move to notice of violation |
