10/25/2018 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-12(b)(3) ROOFS. The roof of every building or structure shall be maintained in a safe condition and shall provide weather protection for that building or structure. Roof coverings shall not be rotted, broken, split, buckled or otherwise deteriorated. T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-12(b) FOUNDATIONS, WALLS, ROOFS, AND CHIMNEYS. 10/25/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with tenets of the property who was in control of the property and ask me into check her roof. States two areas of concern one in the master bedroom and one in the far rear bedroom. While no evidence of damage to sheetrock or Texture in the large bedroom in back and master bedroom the tenant did have video of both rooms and could see there was leaking in both will move to notice of violation. Four-bedroom also did not have operating smoke detectors notice of violation. Then showed me to the master bedroom where the sink is clogged and drains very slow will move to notice of violation
11/07/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site after the phone call from owner. States tenants moved out and home is vacant, did let me know all smoke detectors are in. Property was locked up and ground were clean and clear. Was able to verify the home was also clear and vacant but not smoke detectors. Home is vacant will move to close out this case
