Most of the debris was vegetation based and more specifically palm tree fronds. Stopped in and spoke with management team at the park. They State they still have the weekly pick up of debris at the curb which are picked up on Mondays and Tuesdays. States they are also doing a yearly clean up on all the palm trees thus the large piles of palm tree branches throughout the park and have been at it for the last month. States they are well aware of the debris and will be done on the cleanup days. I compiled a list of units that were in violation and gave them to management along with a notice of violation and follow up date. Will continue to follow up on this case. |
