She did state that the manager was allowing her to stay in the unit and went over the issues on why not able to stay. Did go over once the power is re-stored, she could move back in. As long as the posting is up, no one can stay in the unit. She was not happy and hung up. Did try and call the manager with no answer and again left a message. RV.
