Arrive and the unit #205 has removed the extension cord and was used to charge the phone. No one on site and the neighbor stated that the tenant went to make arraingment on the payment. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window. Did go to the office and no one there. Did call the phone number listed and no answer and left a message. Once posted and no one showing up, left the site. RV.
09/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The electrical has been turned back on and did call the tenant to let her know that the power has been tuned back on. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
