Did go to the site and has dirt burms on the back side of the property and in the middle of the property. The property belongs to 190 W. Aragon Rd. Did talk to the owner of the property and was aware of the blockage and did it due to the amount of vehicles going down the road. The owner of 201 W. Medina Rd. is the one who blocked the road. This property is private where the dirt was placed will be a civil matter if needs to be addressed at a later time. At this time the case will be closed due to the owner of the property is aware of the issues on the property and OK with at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
