Aragon Rd. Did talk to the owner of the property and was aware of the blockage and did it due to the amount of vehicles going down the road. The owner of 201 W. Medina Rd. is the one who blocked the road. This property is private where the dirt was placed will be a civil matter if needs to be addressed at a later time.
