(INSPECTOR ADVISED TENANT THEY WILL NEED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE BEFORE AND AFTER FOR ROACH TREATMENT DUE TO THE STORAGE AND UNCLEANLINESS OF APARTMENT). FRONT DOOR KNOB NOT WORKING PROPERLY, GETS STUCK AND DOES NOT ALLOW FOR PROPER EXIT. SHOWER STALL FLOOR REPAIR WAS NOT COMPLETED LEAVING ROUGH UNSAFE AND UNFINISHED EXTERIOR. IN LEAVING APARTMENT, INSPECTOR FOUND THAT HALLWAY TILE FLOORING ARE NOT IN GOOD REPAIR AND STARTING TO BUCKLE UPWARDS ALSO CEILING OF HALLWAY MISSING DRYWALL EXPOSING LEAKY PIPES. WILL ISSUE A 30 DAY NOV AND UPON RECEIVED THE NOTICE DOOR KNOB TO UNIT MUST BE CORRECTED.
