The permit has been issued, T18CM07005 on 9-6-18 and no inspection have been done. Have made contact with the contractor due to not able to find the owner. The contractor is not sure on what is going to happen due to the owner has died. The contractor also having issues with the H.O.A. due to the exterior repairs are being done by the H.O.A. and has a different insurance and the contractor is working with the owners insurance. If not able to do the work soon, the contractor will be removing itself. Due to the owner has died and has different insurances involved, this case will be closed. Violation Abated. RV. |

The contractor has called to have the lock placed on the main disconnect removed to have the electrical turned back on to have the work done. Did go over what needs to be done on the burned wiring on the exhaust fan to have the power turned back on. He will be getting the permit for the repairs. The lock was removed and the breaker left off. No one was on site and did call the contractor to let him know that the lock was removed. Did let the contractor know that the house needs to be inspected before the owner is allowed to remain in the house due to the hoarding condition in the house. RV. |

House is vacant and secured and talk to the owner and still working with the insurance. Has been staying with a friend and went over that the house needs to be checked before moving back into the house. Nothing has been done on the repairs. Mailed the N.O.V. due to was not posted on the front window. RV. |
