Went to the site due to complaints on workers starting before 5:00 AM. Arrived at approx. 4;45 AM to the site and no one on the property and stayed until approx. 5:30 AM. Did talk to the worker that were on site and they are only on site to get the vehicle to go to a job. They are only installers and don't stay on the property. The other workers don't start or start arriving to the site till after 6:00 AM. The property is I-1 Zone and is allowed to do the type of work being done on site and has a business that has been there for some time. Did talk to Steve Shields from Zoning at Planning and Development Services Department and the property is I-1 Zone and all that is being done on the property is OK at this time. The property has a street of two lanes and a masonry wall at the mobile home park that separates the two properties. RV. |
