08/21/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site due to complaints on workers starting before 5:00 AM. Arrived at approx. 4;45 AM to the site and no one on the property and stayed until approx. 5:30 AM. Did talk to the worker that were on site and they are only on site to get the vehicle to go to a job. They are only installers and don't stay on the property. The other workers don't start or start arriving to the site till after 6:00 AM. The property is I-1 Zone and is allowed to do the type of work being done on site and has a business that has been there for some time. Did talk to Steve Shields from Zoning at Planning and Development Services Department and the property is I-1 Zone and all that is being done on the property is OK at this time. The property has a street of two lanes and a masonry wall at the mobile home park that separates the two properties. RV.
08/22/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Made copies of the zoning issues for the property and took to the Ward 3 office and met with the aide Bennett Barnal and to go over the issues on what was seen while on the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
