Arrived on site and was let into the unit. Showed me an area above the shower where a good section of sheetrock was missing above the shower. Maintenance man Jose was on site and brought them to Unit 17. He was well aware of the issue and actually had a roofer on top making sure it was sealed and then would be working on the sheetrock both today and tomorrow. All this was communicated with the tenets of number 17. Will follow up next Monday |
