08/15/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and was let into the unit. Showed me an area above the shower where a good section of sheetrock was missing above the shower. Maintenance man Jose was on site and brought them to Unit 17. He was well aware of the issue and actually had a roofer on top making sure it was sealed and then would be working on the sheetrock both today and tomorrow. All this was communicated with the tenets of number 17. Will follow up next Monday
09/17/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Follow up, unable to make contact with tenants. Did however make contact with the manager Jose, who stated all was repaired and no more issues with apt #17. Will move to close out this case
