Arrived on site and knocked on the door several times however no answer. Noticed a toilet in front yard by tree. Called the tenant and she was at work. States she would have available Friday after 10 a.m. or Saturday after 9 a.m. free to have owner do the repairs. She also stated she is living elsewhere because the water has been turned off because of the high bill. Again is willing to work with property owner to get repairs done. I will again contact owner to establish another try to do the repairs. This will be my third attempt on getting both parties together |

Arrived on site to owner house on Queen Palm to talk about the violations. Owner and teant are having problems settling on a day for the work to start. Finally confirmed with owner, tenant and electcian work will start this saturday. Will follow up |
