Vegetation must be trimmed and maintained to provide an unobstructed pedestrian path a minimum 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height from grade. |

Master bedroom with middle Outlet showing signs of arcing and not operational. Master bedroom toilet continually running. Checked electrical panel and no labeling on any of the breakers. Outside property conditions weeds and grass along front curb. Weeds and grass side yards and rear yard / 6 in. Pile of debris to include tree branches and yard debris in front yard. Will move to notice of violation, tenant gave me a tentative address to the owner will try to make contact today about electrical issues and smoke detector |

Called the tenant and she was at work. States she would have available Friday after 10 a.m. or Saturday after 9 a.m. free to have owner do the repairs. She also stated she is living elsewhere because the water has been turned off because of the high bill. Again is willing to work with property owner to get repairs done. I will again contact owner to establish another try to do the repairs. This will be my third attempt on getting both parties together |
