arrived on site to this vacant house up for rent. Front yard was clean and clear as well as the carport however along the west side yard was a pile of tree branches. Called phone number and spoke to owner who over the phone let me into the second backyard where I found trash and debris throughout this area. No cats seen in front or back yards. Will move to notice of violation along with photos for property owner |
