Front yard was clean and clear as well as the carport however along the west side yard was a pile of tree branches. Called phone number and spoke to owner who over the phone let me into the second backyard where I found trash and debris throughout this area. No cats seen in front or back yards. Will move to notice of violation along with photos for property owner
08/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with the new tenant who showed me to the 2nd back yard clean and clean and a large portion of the 3rd rear yard done. At this point will move to close out this case as ower is doing what needs to be done.
