08/30/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Was in the park today and met wth the management team, water has been restored and they are working with unit #260. At this point all is under control will move to close out this case | |
07/25/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Arrived on site to space 192 where I found outside tables all removed, and outside lighting all removed as well. Will move to close out this case. Arrived on site and met with tenets of numbers 260. Showed me a notice of violation with City letterhead however was not issued by City of Tucson inspectors. I advise tenant I had spoken to Mobile Home Park management about the letterhead on those notices. As the code sections are still relevant because the park is inside city limits, the letterhead has to change this conversation with Place on July 11. As far as the issues with the eviction notice that is an issue between management and the tenant. As I explained to him we are do not have an active case with him and the City of Tucson. Any discussions of non payments late fees and Court hearings must be handled with the mobile home park as they are the ones that have a case with unit 260 |
