The property was not being cleaned and had 2-people in the house. 3-people were in the rear yard and were working on bikes and looking through the trash and debris. They were all asked to leave the site and called to have the opening resecured by Arcaiden Industries. Did place a chain and lock on the rear casement window due to had screwed the window and has been re-opened. All the other openings were secured and while checking found another door in the carport area that was opened where climbing over to enter the house. That opening was boarded up and had to move the items blocking the door opening to get to the opening. The posting were still in place. RV.
06/01/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and opened the front door by removing the plywood covering the front door. While checking the property found 3-people cleaning the rear yard. Did find the rear bedroom window where the plywood has been removed. Did place a screw on the opened casement window and replace the plywood back on to cover the window. All the other openings are secured at this time. When removing the plywood from the front door, found the door had the locks removed by breaking them off from the door and the door has been damaged to get it opened. RV.
