05/24/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the property to check of the property had water back on. There is no water and no payment has been made. There was no one in the house and has dogs inside the house. Did find people in the RV in the rear of the house outside the masonry wall near the neighbors parking lot. Did talk to the 2-people and they were going to remove their items out and leave the site. One person did go inside the house and check and no one was found in the house but did have 2-dogs. Did call T.P.D. to come to the site due to was going to have the property secured. Did call Pima Animal Control to have the animals removed from inside the house due to going to have the house secured. The house was cleared by T.P.D. and a person was found in the storage room and she took the pitbull. The smaller dog took off and was not able to find the dog. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the property secured due to not able to lock some of the windows and the person in charge of the house was not coming to the site. Did make contact with the person Christian and went over on what is going on with the property. The electrical will need a permit to have the interior checked and the reconnect for the electrical to be turned back on. The meter was removed and the wires cut at the pole by T.E.P. The interior of the house has not been clean for some time and not able to walk around due to the way they have storage and trash and debris in the house. The rear of the house has a leaky roof and the plywood is rotted and needs to be replaced. The gas meter has been pinned for lack of payment. The house has been posted on the front and rear of the house with Do Not Enter. Inspector Bigman has served the N.O.V. to Vacate yesterday to Christina and she signed yesterday. RV.
07/30/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Property is vacant and secured, cleaned and the vehicles have all been removed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
