Met with the manager and started working on March 31, 2018. There was no work order for the leaky faucet in the bathroom tub. Did go to the unit and met with the tenant and was not able to turn on the water and when moved, it started to leak. The manager was going to get the maintenance man to look at securing and repairing the diverter. The management will call when completed. RV. |
