Met with manager on site who explained to me the process they have in place for outside property conditions violations for: weeds, grass, junk motor vehicles, trash, and debris. Inspections are done by her maintenance crew on a routine basis as well as any complaints that might come into the office. This process also ties tenants to fees they must pay at the time of their rent being due. At the location there is a dedicated area with two large waste management roll offs. There is an active crew of 9 members that maintain the property. They have free curb side trash pick-up every Monday to keep debris from accumulating, this is aside from the regular garbage service. General Conditions of Plaza Del Sol. During my inspections I did find outside property violaions in several locations in the park. From Weeds grass trash debris storage junk Motor Vehicles will all be addressed with the management team at the park and will be followed up by the City of Tucson inspector. |
