The property has been cleaned on the interior and the exterior of the property. The property has been sold and has a new owner. 19-dumpsters of 40 yarders have been removed from the property. The new owner is in the process of getting the utilities back on. The permit for the electrical T18CM03490 has been issued on 5-7-18 and getting ready to call in inspection. The water is going to be turned on by next week. The plumber is working on getting the gas back on. Will start the repairs of the house. At this time the case will be closed.
