04/16/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and no fire units were on site but T.P.D. was on site due to break in into the house. The house has ben cleared and the owner was on site. The house is a hoarder house and the rear yard id filled with trash and debris. The owner has sold the house and trying to get items out of the house before the buyer takes over of the house. Have talk to the buyer and taking over on 4-26-18 and the owner has an option of an extension of 1 time extension and than the new owner will take over on 5-10-18. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero due to have 3-broken windows to have secued. Got permission to have the windows secured. The owner did sign the Notice to Vacate the property on site. Did call the son in law and went over on what is being done and he is OK with the property being secured. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. Arcaiden Industries called to the site to secure the windows. When talking to the buyer he was not able to do anything at this time due to the contract has not been signed. He did state that once the property has been changed over, that the dumpsters will be delivered and the property clean on the exterior and the interior. RV.
05/23/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property has been cleaned on the interior and the exterior of the property. The property has been sold and has a new owner. 19-dumpsters of 40 yarders have been removed from the property. The new owner is in the process of getting the utilities back on. The permit for the electrical T18CM03490 has been issued on 5-7-18 and getting ready to call in inspection. The water is going to be turned on by next week. The plumber is working on getting the gas back on. Will start the repairs of the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
