The weep holes are in wall that has been on sit for some time. Did talk to the tenant of the house and no new work has been done for some time. The property has over 75% of the lot used for structures. The weep holes do go into the neighboring property and did observed the property and was not able to see where the dirt has been removed by the amount of water coming through the weep holes. There is a building being built and is approx. 3' up from the dirt grade. Will check records and meet with the building official. RV. |
