Arrived on site to this 3 building apartment complex. Found trash and debris along curb area and by metal container. Also found graffiti on metal 6 yard dumpster in front. Storage in parking lot area along the South side of property. One junk motor vehicle in parking lot up on blocks. Will move to notice of violation |
