03/16/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was called by T.P.D. due to found 2-people in the house. Arrived and one of the people was the owner and a relative. They were cuffed and talk to and T.P.D. did advise them both if caught back on the property that they will be taken to jail. The house was secured with plywood on the front door and placing pins on the security bars over the windows to the bedrooms. The front security bars to double doors had a City lock placed on the chain and the owner was advised that he needed to call the inspector to let the owner back in. Will need the utilities back on. The owner and the person with him were released and told to find another location to stay. T.P.D. case number 1803160013. RV.
03/14/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received call from from the administator Rick Saldate that T.P.D. on site. Did arrive and units on site with someone in the house and stated that it was secured. While I was checking the house, found the rear door opened. The house was cleared by T.P.D. and no one found in the house. The owner did show to the property and the house was suppose to be vacant and has not allowed anyone to be in the house. The owner is staying at another location at this time until the utilities get back on. The owner of the property allowed that the rear door be secured due to not able to secured due to the jamb has been broken by forced entry. The front door will get a new lock due to not able to find the key. Did no N.O.V. due to the house was broken into and the owner is not staying on the property since it was condemned. RV.
02/28/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received text that someone in the house from the management assistant. Did go to the site and the owner was on the property and was getting items that he needs. He was leaving the site when I arrived. RV.
02/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured. Nothing has been done on getting the water turned back on or the electrical back on. The posting is still in place in the front of the house. Will check in 10 days. RV.
