Arrived and T.P.D. was completing the invsestigation and showed the condition of the house. The water has been turned off and has a zip tag on the curb stop and the red notice in the box. The electrical meter has been removed due to tampering and non payment. The interior of the house had candles burning for some lighting. The owner signed the paperwork and left the site once he lock the building. The owner did have a place to go to and someone came and picked him up. Did place a Do Not Enter on the front of the house by the main entrance to the house. The interior of the house was clean and had access to all the doors and windows. The windows has security bars and checked all the doors being locked. The owner locked the front door. Will check on Monday if secured. RV. |
