SPOKE TO THE MANAGER TONY WHO STATED JEFF JONES HAD MOVED OUT BECAUSE HE COULD NOT PAY RENT, MOVED IN WITH ANOTHER FRIEND WHO LIVED IN THE COMPLEX. THAT PERSON WAS EVICTED AND JEFF MOVED BACK INTO THE UNIT WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND AND THE UNIT STILL HAS NO POWER. TPD SPOKE WITH JEFF, LEFT MOMENTARILY AND WHEN THEY CAME BACK HE WOULD NOT ANSWER THE DOOR OR POSSIBLY LEFT. ICHECKED SERVICE PANEL IT HAS BEEN TAGGED BY OR NO POWER. BECAUSE TENNANT WAS NOT PRESENT THE UNIT WAS POSTED FOR NO ELECTRIC, PLACARD UNFIT TO OCCUPY PSTED ON FRONT WINDOW WITH THE NOV SIGNED FOR, BY THE MANAGER TONY.
