Arrived on-site building appeared to be vacant knock several times. Made a phone call to the manager Dustin who stated yes it was all completed allowed me to pier in through the sliding glass door where I did see the ceiling had been repaired. At this point will move to close out case |

Arrived on site and knock on door however no answer and apartment appeared to be vacant. Tried to get a look at kitchen ceiling from sliding glass door however was unable to do so. Called and made contact with manager who stated they have court on February 2nd which is tomorrow and has not been able to make contact with tenant to enter into the apartment will know more after court tomorrow as to when tenant is leaving and he could get his Crews in, will continue to follow up |
