RECEIVED CALL FROM NEW OWNER OF HE PROPERTY STATING PREVIOUS OWNER IS STILL ONSITE. I ASKED IF SHE WAS LIVING INSIDE THE STRUCTURE, HE SAID SHE WAS NOT. I STATED TO HIM THAT THERE WAS THE COURT ORDER ALLOWING HER TO REMOVE PERSONAL BELONGING. AND SINCE HE CUT POWER TO THE STRUCTURE, I ISSUED THE NOTICE TO VACATE, BUT EXPLAINED BECAUSE OF THE COURT ORDER SHE WAS ALLOWED TO STAY ON PROPERTY. PROPERTY DOES REMAIN CLEAN, SECURED AND PER OWNER UNOCCUPIED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
