There is an active crew of 9 members that maintain the property. They have free curb side trash pick-up every Monday to keep debris from accumulating, this is aside from the regular garbage service. The Security that patrols the property is also responsible to report and tag vehicles that are not being used, if they are non-responsive to their notices, A & B Towing is utilized to have the vehicles removed. If there is any Individual parcel that is a concern Mr. White, the property manager, is more than willing to take appropriate action. AFTER THE CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION REVIEWED THE CASE IT HAS BEEN DECIDED TO BE CLOSED AND WILL NOT ISSUE A NOTICE OF VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. |
