this was a walk with the super again to see if they’re close enough for a TCO on the second floor. Before this can happen we need fire department approval, functioning restrooms which mean sewer needs to be released, and two clear a paths of egress that are marked and functioning. Also need a clear path from building all the way to street which includes engineering and transportation giving their approval. |
