2. provide key for knox box.
3. annual and 5yr inspection report for fire alarm.
4. annual inspection report for fire alarm.
5. AES radio was not permitted. replace with cellular dialer and phone line.
6. power strip set up next to fire alarm panel for transformer needs to be corrected and locked.
7. suite number rear doors.
8. flush FDC's, AHJ to witness.
9. add supports to arm overs that were added.
10. knox FDC plugs needed after flush. Have on site during flush so we can install immediatley after flush.
11. mount extinguishers.
